04 How to add other levels of annotation?
The visualisation can be used as operative tool to add notations, find opportunity areas and evaluate the whole flow.
To do that the designer or the stakeholder can add measurments, comments or new ideas inside the blueprint, using visual elements to highlight specific actions or areas.
❖ get the componentsopportunities
Highlight actions or steps that can represent opportunity of innovation, or can be optimised implementing additional functions.

critical points
Highlight in red actions or steps that represent a possible blocker for the user or risk to make the process fail.
They can be fail points, barriers or long delays.

delay / duration
Every action module can be extended proportionally on the time required to perform it.This helps to measure the duration / delay like in a Gantt chart.

comments
For every notation in the main swimlanes make problems and opportuinities explicited on a dedicated swimlane at the bottom of the visualisation.
When there are multiple editors be sure to indicate the author of the comment.

emotional curve
This lane helps to map the emotional dimension of the experience.
Choose the point of view and connect the dots creating a curve of the engagement. It is important to define a specific parameter to map.
